Key Responsibilities
·Responding to a defined range of customer queries or inquiries, to deliver appropriate, accepted resolutions for customers
·Liaising with internal/ external parties to resolve customer queries
·Resolving billing queries in a professional and timely manner
·Completing a defined range of transactions using specified processes to ensure accurate processing of information
·Bespoke reporting to client requirements
·Assist suppliers with data analysis in order to progress queries in a timeous manner
·Maintain and build strong professional working relationships with third party contacts to ensure smooth and competent service delivery

Requirements
A Matric certificate or equivalent qualification
Credit and Criminal Clear
Able to start immediately.
Proficiency in English is an essential requirement.
Strong MS Office Skills
