Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and close new healthcare/pharma clients in need of international freight and clearing & forwarding solutions
• Conduct prospecting, meetings, and tailored proposals
• Create and implement client-specific SOPs and SLAs
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain and update CRM (Concerto) with pipeline and client details
• Collaborate with pricing and operations to ensure commercially viable solutions
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical compliance, sector trends, and competitor offerings
• Maintain relationships with clients post-implementation to ensure satisfaction and growth

Requirements

• Matric essential
• At least 3 years of proven sales experience in clearing and forwarding
• Previous exposure to healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences clients
• Strong understanding of customs processes, international trade, and sector-specific logistics
• Experience developing sales strategies and writing client proposals
• High-level negotiation and presentation skills
• Full computer literacy and CRM experience
• Well-spoken, professional, and self-motivated
