SUMMARY:
Managed Talent Solution, a business unit within Datacentrix is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our client on a permanent role based in Midrand, Gauteng. You must have experience in front line sales experience and technical expertise.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
Tertiary qualification preferential
Minimum 3 years front line sales experience (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

Professionally and efficiently manage customer’s engagement with a view to maximizing the client experience, this should be achieved through adhering to continuous product knowledge improvement via ongoing training, fast and accurate responses to email and telephonic quote requests and skillful price
Display accuracy regarding messages, quotes, orders and information
Answer customer queries, offer services
Consult with clients to establish the needs of their
Ensure customer expectations are met (order taking and delivery).
Increase overall customer satisfaction of new and existing customers in order to be effective in solving challenges that
Report pipeline weekly on all activities, wins and losses including reasons
Identify and develop underperforming
Champion the role services can play in enhancing the Axiz value proposition in the channel in South Africa and SADC
Promote the attachment of services to hardware and software sales.
