Professional Business Development Manager

The role:

• Developing and implementing a Professional Channel sales strategy.
• Responsible for the growth of the sales department, leading the sales teams to reach sales targets.
• Business planning, managing trade investment strategically, key negotiations, forecasting excellence and annual customer planning.
• Coordination and implementation of marketing plans, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals.
• Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing customers.
• Prepare and present annual, quarter, monthly, and customer plans in agreed format and compile monthly sales reports.
• Concluding sales admin and executing against key requirements incl commission, retention, etc.
• Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships.
• Motivate the sales team, track performance, and report metrics.

Requirements
• Qualification in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
• Experience in the Salon industry is beneficial, must have FMCG exposure

• Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.

• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
• 3 years sales experience at senior management level.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Relationship development skills
• Independent, proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas.
• Excellent leadership skills.
