This Sector is looking for another talented professional to complement their team, in the form of a Proposal Administrator (Business Development).

Core Purpose:

• The Business Development/Proposal Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Business Development Executives, Proposal Executives, and Proposal Leaders in WIIG North and Africa.
• This involves assisting with business development research, data collection, and assistance with management of the tendering process, including preparing materials for tenders, proposals, and Expression of Interest pre-qualifications, and communication with Bid partners.

Key Performance Areas:

• Data research to support business development strategy and decision making
• Collating all relevant tenders from various platforms and presentation to BD Team.
• Liaison with the Tender Office
• Co-ordination, compilation, and completion of tender documents
• Source and edit standard information required for tender submissions
• Ensure that the bid process is followed, and proper templates are used
• Coordinate collection of tender documents and tender delivery ensuring submissions are made on time.
• Submitting high-quality completed tenders on time
• Follow up on tenders submitted and maintain a database.
• Ensure project experience information is updated and maintained.
• Proposal Administration: Pipeline Management; Bid Administration; Maintenance of panel registration database; Proposal Team support and Administration and Reporting
• Preparation of Proposal Applications on Sciforma
• Monthly maintenance of Sciforma on status of proposals

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 with Preferably Bachelors (Administration or Marketing)

APMP Foundation Certificate (Optional)

Experience:

Minimum 5 - 7 years previous experience with bid/proposal administration (public sector advantageous)
