Major Accountabilities Participating in month/year end closing & reporting activities •Cost Center Budgeting •Controlling and Business Partnering •Monthly LO submission, active coordination with all functions in Finance to ensure forecasting accuracy +/-3% • IDAP, budget & Ops Plan preparations and submission. • Ensuring smooth monthly reporting by coordination with OBU functions and FSC for accruals, SIT review, Gross to Net Review, PVM, Headcount analysis, etc. Monitoring Ad pro and medical activity spends with engagement with marketing and medical team • Pricing governance, transfer pricing requests • Coordination with Pharma BPAs for allocation between Pharma and Oncology • Preparation of SLAs with Pharma and its execution • MIS/ Analysis/Reporting of Financial Performance • Headcount analysis and control • Optimum utilization of ImpactRx/IMS and developing reports for quick analysis of information • Ad hoc analysis as may be necessary • Support Head Finance in preparation of Business Proposals/investments, strategic planning. • Ensure the Oncology BU is compliant with internal control standards, reporting requirements, accounting guidance, and be observant for any potential code of conduct issues. • Assist with audits where required, and where follow-up is needed ensure compliance with / implementation of the agreed-to action plans. • Assist with development / implementation of planning and analysis tools and/or systems • Ensure alignment of relevant financial processes, controls and compliance with local practices • Strong ability to work cross functionally and drive projects across marketing, market access, sales, medical as well as with other BU teams. • Assist in Global Development Finance with Budgets, invoicing and other ad hoc Global development requests.

Ideal Background Education: Education: The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/CA) /MBA graduate (or equivalent) Languages: Languages: Fluent in English whilst other languages, Portuguese & French (verbal & written), being an advantage/ but not a make or break.
Experience: The ideal will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial/business planning ideally in a financial business controller or similar role. Previous experience as a business partner strongly preferred. The preferred candidate will have excellent skills in financial analysis. The candidate must have strong leadership and communication skills enabling him/her to communicate effectively and support business and franchise heads.
