JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a dynamic, innovative and futuristic financial solutions group, is looking for a Business Risk Analyst to join their team. This individual must have the know-how involved in identifying, testing, and implementing preventative measures against possible fraud and theft. You will be required to minimize the impact of financial crime and integrity misconduct to business, through timeous high-quality data monitoring and reporting interventions.

Duties:

Understand business data and interpret the data into information by using data analysis tools and technical skills
Reviews of systems setup, the control environment and user rights to identify possible risks for fraud / theft
Investigation and detect internal fraud
Post fraud control reviews
Advice regarding processes and policies
Report on and perform various reconciliations

Education & Experience:

Relevant Degree
1 – 3 years experience as a Business/Risk/Fraud Analyst
MS SQL & Expert Excel – NB
