SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Business Solutions Consultant to analyze business needs, design efficient solutions, and support decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize processes, and ensure systems align with business goals.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years in financial services, fintech, or related fields.
Skills: Business analysis, process mapping, data analysis (Advanced Excel).
Certification: Business Analysis certification (advantageous).
Qualifications: Grade 12 (required); degree in Business/IT (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify improvements.
Collaborate with IT teams and users to define requirements and propose solutions.
Document technical specifications, workflows, and project plans.
Conduct testing and training to ensure smooth solution adoption.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Ideal Candidate:

Able to bridge technical and business needs effectively.
