Business Solutions Support Analyst (Financial Services)

This position is limited to BBBEE candidates, due to BEE requirements.

Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Position Overview:

A highly reputable South African financial services concern has an exciting newly created opportunity for a Business Solutions Support Analyst.

The main purpose of this position is to provide systems-related business support to users of critical business systems within the Supply Chain Division through facilitating the definition and documenting of system requirements, maintaining the integrity of data on the systems, and co-ordinating and communicating decisions during major system incidents.

To be considered for this position, one must have:

A Completed Bachelor’s degree such as a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Information Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in a financial business support and analysis environment.

Additional key requirements include:

An understanding of the banking ecosystem.
Knowledge of financial payment systems.
Project management skills.
Knowledge of cash management systems.
