POSITION INFO:

An established company within the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team in Nelspruit. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute your procurement expertise in a dynamic industrial environment.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement
• Accurate requisition and order management
• Constantly liaising with suppliers, reviewing performance
• Continuous stock management
• Import order management
• Admin & Filing
• Driving duties as business requires
• Personnel management of store

Minimum Requirements & Experience

• Grade 12 with pure mathematics and physical science
• NQF 6 or higher in Supply Chain / Purchasing Management
• 3+ years’ experience in Procurement, preferably in Manufacturing
• Knowledge of Customs Act with experience in Import and Export (desirable)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package

Skills Required

• Must have a valid driver’s license (code B / 8)
• Must be able and willing to work overtime when business requires including over weekends
