JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for the effective planning, control and execution of monitoring for short-term business

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Ensure that the employer complies with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and that the necessary documentation is compiled for the different exposures to minimise risk to the division in managing the compliance risk. Fully bilingual- English & Afrikaans

Responsible for the effective planning, control and execution of monitoring for our short-term business

Risk Management support

Fit and Proper & General Administration

Internal audits and monitoring

Reporting

Co-ordination of Projects

Formal Education Requirements
Advance higher certificate in Compliance, or related degree
RE1 and RE3
Registered Phase 1 Compliance Officer with the FSCA advantageous

Experience Requirements
Five years’ related experience in a compliance function in Financial Services with working knowledge of FICA and FAIS.
Exposure in a financial advisory services provider will be beneficial. (Cat I)
