CRM Email Marketing Specialist – Cape Town

Salary: R40K Per Month

Purpose of Position:

Complement Recruitment are recruiting for a CRM Email Marketing Specialist for a fully remote position based in Cape Town, Western Cape. The position is for an Internationally based company, the position will be directly responsible for the businesses strategic execution and campaign management. Integrating that strategy into every aspect of the business from inbound, nurture and remarketing to local and offline.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely time management skills with a high attention to detail
Proven track record in CRM and campaign management, Hubspot, Freshworks, Pipedrive
Please provide some results/examples on submission
At least 5 years experience managing an enterprise CRM;
At least 5 years experience in a similar role B2B experience essential
Data-driven decision maker / data analyst
Highly analytical
Tinkerer Pipedrive experience
Data studio, Tableau or Microsoft BI experience HTML/CSS
Comfortable working with large datasets

Skills And Knowledge:

The position will be directly responsible for the strategic execution and campaign management. The ideal candidate is searching for a break from the day-to-day and wants to be an integral part in the direction of our marketing efforts. To identify and invest in our target markets. Were on the lookout for a motivated person who is driven by results, who loves to gain results and who strives for that little bit extra. As the team is based in Cape Town your working hours would be 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. The position is fully remote, but you need to be Cape Town based as we get together once a month for coffee and a strategy session.

Duties:

Your time will be spent;

Strategy - 20%
New vs Existing client base
B2C, B2B & Trade markets
Database segmentation and management - 10% Campaign development, management and reporting - 50% Cross-functional integration (other marketing channel, sales, ops etc.) - 10% Managing creative from internal and agency teams - 5% A/B testing - 5%
