JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

2 - 3 years previous call centre experience ( Investment / Property Industry an added advantage)
Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
Familiar with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google docs, Google sheets, etc.)
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to make between 100 and 120 calls per day
Valid driver’s licence
You will be the right hand person for the Rental Agents, you will need to be meticulous.
