Responsibilities:

• Design and decorate custom cakes for a variety of occasions including weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
• Apply advanced techniques in fondant work, sugar art, piping, airbrushing, and sculpting
• Collaborate with clients and pastry chefs to meet bespoke design requests and flavour profiles
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety in the decorating area
• Stay up to date with international cake trends and continuously innovate

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a professional cake decorator in a high-end bakery or patisserie
• Exceptional artistic and creative abilities, with a strong portfolio of past work
• Knowledge of international styles, modern design techniques, and edible mediums
• Ability to work well under pressure while meeting deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with a customer-oriented approach
• Relevant training or certification in pastry arts is highly advantageous
