JOB SUMMARY:
A renowned FMCG client based in Kya Sands is looking for a Kitchen Manager to join their dynamic and growing team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Proven work experience for a minimum of 4 years as a Kitchen Manager in the restaurant industry or within a restaurant central kitchen
Hands-on experience with planning menus/recipes and ordering food items
Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
Excellent organizational skills
Conflict management abilities
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
Qualification in Culinary Arts / Degree in Restaurant or Kitchen Management will be an advantage
