POSITION INFO:
ð The Opportunity:
You’ll start as the CFO, tackling some clean-up and optimisation work upfront, but quickly evolve into the business’s strategic finance engine, helping drive profitability, structure, and international growth. And when the time is right? You’ll be in line to step into the CEO role, taking the business forward with fresh leadership, strong values, and deep financial insight.

ð§¾ What You'll Be Doing:

Lead a finance transformation: Clean up the books, streamline systems, and lay a solid foundation
Oversee daily financial operations, reporting, budgeting, compliance and cash flow
Translate numbers into strategic insights to support decision-making
Manage foreign tax compliance and work closely with international subsidiaries
Sit at the table for board-level decisions, and contribute to long-term planning
Shape the future of the business, not just report on its past

ð§ Who You Are:

Qualified CA(SA) essential
5 to 7 years post-articles experience
Hospitality or tourism industry experience preferred
A numbers-first thinker who knows the story behind the statements
Experienced in foreign tax, multi-country operations, and group structures
Equally comfortable in daily operations and strategic discussions
Self-driven, with remote working discipline and leadership potential
Ambitious, grounded, and ready to grow into the CEO seat in time
