Support the Executive Head in the development, refinement and execution of the Foundation’s strategies
REQUIREMENTS
Relevant post graduate degree
Business Management/HR/Legal/Finance/MBA
Multi-lingual (Xhosa and Afrikaans) would be an advantage
Excellent HR and operations management skills and experience is essential
Sound Finance Management experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR: Ensure development of sound HR policies and procedures for Foundation projects, including providing support to the Foundation’s Primary School SGB in the development of school based HR policies and procedures
FINANCE: Collaborate with Foundation SA Finance Manager as required to ensure integrity and smooth operational management of Foundation finances across the SA projects.
PROJECTS : Ensure Standard operating procedures in place across projects, with clear decision making trees in place
OPS : Develop and track Foundation-wide event calendar, collaborating with project staff to ensure conflicts are managed. Manage Operations, Events and Marketing functions
COMMS: Collaboratively develop the Foundation SA communication strategy
