POSITION INFO:
As a Commercial Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical solutions and our clients' business needs. You will collaborate with our sales team to understand customer requirements, demonstrate the value of our products, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a technical background, and a proven ability to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to engage with clients, understand their business challenges, and tailor our solutions to meet their specific needs.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing how our solutions can address clients' pain points and improve their business processes.
Proposal Development: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to create compelling proposals that align with client requirements.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in commercial sales, with a focus on construction/structural solutions.
Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed.
