POSITION INFO:

Our client, a leading business in the grain and oilseeds commodity trading sector, is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Commercial Trade Support Administrator to support their commercial team. The successful candidate will manage trade-related processes, ensure accurate reporting, and serve as a key point of contact between internal departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurate and timeous capturing and reporting of physical trades.
• Understanding of commodity costing and its components.
• Contract management, including prompt submission to counterparties.
• Physical position reporting and reconciliation.
• Management of unpriced contracts in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Ensuring all contract amendments are processed on the same day.
• Handling internal and external queries related to physical trades and contracts.
• Adhering to business processes and meeting audit requirements.
• Applying and understanding Incoterms and their related costs.
• Demonstrating commercial awareness by engaging with Finance, Logistics and Trading.
• Managing communications and queries with both customers and suppliers.
