SUMMARY:
An Internal Vacancy exists for Compliance Manager in the Guarding Division based in Eastern Cape.Â Â
Â
The suitable candidateâs main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

Co-ordinate, maintain and improve systems on SHE, ISO and firearms;Â Â
Compile and maintain documentation (files etc.) on the above processes for the Regional/ Divisional (offices and sites) including maintaining DMS for H &S and Firearms;Â Â
Ensure the required meetings take place either monthly or quarterly in the Region/Division;Â Â
Audits to be conducted in Regional offices and on sites;Â Â
Facilitation and training on all relevant processes and legal requirements;Â Â
Ensure compliance to the Companyâs disciplinary code;Â Â
Maintenance and compliance of the ISO 9001 quality management system;Â
Ensure compliance of client equipment requirements;

Â Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:

PSIRA certification â Grade A;Â Â
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification;Â Â
Relevant experience in a similar position advantageous;Â Â
SAMTRAC or Equivalent Qualification
SHEQ management
ISO 9001/2015 quality knowledge and experience;Â Â
Firearm competency, knowledge of the Firearms Control Act and experience;Â Â
A working knowledge of MS Office
Internal Audit or Lead Auditors Training;Â Â
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Good planning and time management;Â Â
Problem solving and organizational skills;Â Â
Must be a team player;Â Â
Training and legal interpretation skills;Â
Good customer serviceÂ
Must be driven, have energy and attention to detail;Â Â
Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record
Driverâs license & Own Transport
