JOB SUMMARY:
Our client a Construction Support and Finance provider to small and medium contractors, for Government Projects is seeking to urgently place a Construction Project Manager / QS:

Duties:

Experienced onsite QS and Estimator (will be office based, with periodic site visits)
Liaise and report on Projects
Take responsibility for Financial Risk on the Project; performance related
Contract Management
Resource Management

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Gr.12 / Matric / N3
BTech or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
Computer literacy; MS Office, Excel Pivots and Formulas, WinQS, CSS Candy, MS Project (FIDIC,NEC JBCC contracts)
Afrikaans speaking and Bilingual in English
5+ Years’experience onsite and Projects
Must have valid drivers’ license
