A well-established IT and telecommunications conglomerate seeks an experienced and driven Consumer Credit Controller to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North.

A well-established IT and telecommunications conglomerate seeks an experienced and driven Consumer Credit Controller to join their finance team based in Johannesburg North.

*Please note this position requires an incumbent that has a reliable internet connection and home-office setup.

Duties include, but not limited to:
Daily management of debts and collections
Convert cash paying accounts to debit order for improvement of cashflow
Attend to customer queries – internal staff & external clients by providing accurate advice on billing queries
Submit credit requests for approval
Record all account activity
All administrative duties
Meet monthly and quarterly targets

Education:
Matric (Grade 12) with mathematics and accounting subjects
Relevant finance qualification will be advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:
5 to 6 years' experience within a credit control position
Strong collections experience
IT and telecoms industry exposure would be highly advantageous
Advanced MS Excel skills
Own reliable transport
Good relationship building skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strategic thinker
Team player
Deadline driven
Meticulous attention to detail
