Conveyancer

SUMMARY:
A reputable law firm is seeking a qualified and experienced Conveyancer to join their dynamic property law team. The successful candidate will be based at the Ballito office and will also be expected to provide support to the Amanzimtoti office when needed. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and manage a full conveyancing portfolio from inception to finalisation.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa
• Minimum 3–5 years’ post-admission conveyancing experience
• Proven ability to handle files independently and meet deadlines
• Valid driver's license and own transport (travel to Amanzimtoti required)
• Proficiency in LexisConvey, GhostConvey, or similar software systems
• Familiarity with KZN Deeds Office procedures and local municipal processes
