SUMMARY:
Our Legal client based in Roodepoort is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary with Transfers experience to join their team
Salary: R25 000 CTC per month, based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
5 Years experience dealing with Transfers
Proficiency in conveyancing software LexisConvey
Strong communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Ability to start immediately or within a short notice period will be advantageous
Manage the full transfer process from Inception to Registration
Draft and prepare all necessary transfer documents
Liaise with clients, banks, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
Obtain and review municipal rates clearance certificates and transfer duty receipts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and physical files
Handle financial aspects of transfers, including preparation of final accounts
