Leading Fin Serv firm seeks motivated, persuasive and organised indiv. Pivotal role to create and implement plans to shape and build the reputation and brand. Develop integrated Communications and PR initiatives. Drive programs to create positive awareness. Utilise your excellent writing skills and ability to think strategically and deliver tactically. Main Responsibilities:

• Create a best-in-class communications function. Ensure consistent messaging.
• Promote positive public awareness and perception of the brand and its offerings.
• Build relationships with media and influencers.
• Ensure positive media presence of the brand across multiple channels.
• Manage the reputation and safeguard the brand.
• Draft press releases, pitches, case studies, white papers, and media summaries.
• Pitch story ideas & content to media. Prepare spokesperson for press interviews.
• Develop communication strategies and messages from senior leadership.
• Oversee agencies to create and maintain content for external communication channels.
• Partner with Marketing and IT teams to explore new channels or technologies.
• Track and analyse media coverage and impact of PR programs.
• Ensure accuracy, coherency + quality of external communication materials + messaging.
• Co-ordinate successful rollout of Communications and PR campaigns.
• Leverage social networks to amplify content.
• Act as Communications Business Partner for strategic change programmes.
• Engage with stakeholders across the business, including Snr Management
• Other key duties to be discussed at interview stage.

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant.
• Track record in Comms + PR with reputable Fin Services firm.
