SUMMARY:
Cost & Financial Planning Specialist – Infrastructure Department

POSITION INFO:

We invite applications for the above position within the Infrastructure Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost management, financial planning, analysis, and administrative oversight to support infrastructure projects and technical operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Studies
5 years’ experience in cost control and financial administration
2 years’ supervisory experience
Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel (Power Query)
Strong analytical and detail orientation

Key Focus Areas:

Cost control and financial governance
Process improvement and operational efficiency
Cost estimation, forecasting, and lifecycle analysis
Supervision of financial and administrative functions
