Key performance areas:
1.Directs the financial and budgetary activities of the mine to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
2. Monitors and measure progress against financial targets.
3. Ensures alignment of financial and budget requirements to the annual business plan.
4. Identifies areas of potential cost reduction, process improvement or policy change.
-Inventory and Stores Management
Minimum qualifications required:
-Bachelor degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting (NQF 6)
-Post graduate/ honours degree in Commerce/ Finance/ Accounting (NQF 7).
-CIMA registration beneficial.
Minimum experience and knowledge required:
-5 years' minimum experience within a cost and management accounting role within the mining industry
