SUMMARY:
Are you a visionary creative powerhouse with exceptional skills in photography, videography, editing, and graphic design? We are seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead our content and creative department. POSITION INFO:
As our Creative Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

Leading the content and creative department to produce innovative and impactful campaigns.
Overseeing all aspects of content creation, including photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.
Collaborating closely with performance marketing and account management teams to align creative outputs with brand objectives.
Conceptualizing and executing high-quality visual assets for web, social media, and paid ads.
Managing and mentoring a team of designers, editors, and content creators to ensure excellence and consistency.
Staying ahead of industry trends to keep our creative efforts fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior creative role, preferably within an agency environment.
Expert-level proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
Strong technical skills in photography, videography, and editing, with a portfolio showcasing your best work.
A strategic mindset with the ability to balance creativity and results-driven thinking.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and align a diverse creative team.
