Minimum requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience as Credit Controller in a medical practice (advantageous)
- Excel proficiency is a must
- A financial qualification is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Duties and responsibilities:
- Processing and reconciling creditor invoices and payments
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial procedures
- Managing supplier accounts and resolving queries efficiently
- Preparing monthly reconciliations and reports
- Utilizing Excel for financial tracking and reporting
