POSITION INFO:

RedCat Recruitment urgently seeking an experienced DEBTORS ADMINISTRATOR for a well-established concern, position based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!!

REQUIREMENTS

Grade 12.

Relevant qualification/s.

Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Pastel Accounting ESSENTIAL!

3+ yrs working experience in a similar position.

Process debtor’s payments on pastel for CMS / CSS per month.

Interlinking of invoicing to be done on both companies for fully paid projects per month.

APG applications and repayment of collateral monies / Liaising with Lombard / File to be kept up to date.

Sending out project claims and invoicing on both CMS / CSS.

Monthly update of WIP/ CMS / CSS.

Monthly debtors document to be sent to FNB.

Manage retention list and close out files CMS & CSS; Ensure follow ups are done timeously.

Statements to be done for every project file for every payment received.

Opening of new files/ensuring revised PCF''s and quotes are filed.

Loading new customers on Pastel.

Managing the debtor’s book in its entirety - weekly updates to the Managing Director and Finance Manager.

Basic administration.

Loading daily payments including Forex payments.
