But this isn’t just about crunching numbers: This is about turning data into decisions; MIS into momentum; and reporting into real strategy.

• Build and manage MIS dashboards and reports that tell a clear story
• Translate messy data into insights that drive operational and strategic decisions
• Collaborate with teams across the business to align reporting with key objectives
• Identify risks, gaps, and golden opportunities hiding in the data
• Be the go-to brain for all things reporting, performance metrics, and data strategy

• Solid experience in data analysis, MIS, and strategic reporting
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau (you don’t have to know them all, but the more the merrier)
• A knack for spotting trends and translating them into something the business can act on
• Great communication skills—you can break down complex data so anyone can “get it”
• Bonus if you’ve worked in telecoms, fibre, or infrastructure environments
