SUMMARY:
We are Hiring a DIGITAL DESIGNER!

The ideal candidate will play a key role in producing high-performing digital assets for the campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and X. You must be a digital-first thinker, detail-orientated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This position is based in Centurion.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling digital ads for Google, Meta, TikTok and X.
Develop engaging HTML emails and landing pages optimised for UX and conversion.
Collaborate with Marketing leads to ensure visuals align with campaign strategy and performance goals.
Create animated banners, motion graphics, and interactive ads using Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ensure all digital content is responsive across various screen sizes and platforms.
Support occasional print design needs (e.g flyers, menus, posters, POS materials.
Optimize digital creatives for cross-bowser and cross-device compatibility.
Participate in creative testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.

Key requirements:

Must-haves:

A strong, relevant portfolio and digital design work.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite-Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects etc.
Proficiency in Google Web Designer for HTMLS ad development.
Solid understanding of HTMLS/CSS and basic knowledge of JavaScript.
Experience designing for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X.
A strong sense of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
Familiarity with ad specs and policies for digital platforms.
Experience in creative A/B testing and optimization techniques.
