Are you passionate about gaming and digital marketing? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help drive online traffic and visibility for an exciting online game. If you have hands-on experience in online game promotion and a strong understanding of player psychology, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company’s online game across various social media platforms to attract target users.
• Execute marketing campaigns and collaborative promotions, tracking game operation data to optimize strategies.
• Plan and implement online promotional activities to enhance game visibility and user acquisition.
• Announce game updates and coordinate marketing events around new versions.
• Work closely with supervisors and other departments to execute effective online promotion plans.
• Conduct competitive analysis on rival game campaigns, refining strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in online game promotion (gaming experience preferred).
• Proven track record of successfully promoting at least one game, with strong skills in game data analysis and operational workflows.
• Solid experience in marketing, campaign planning, channel development, and team coordination.
• Strong industry connections and ability to leverage partnerships for promotional success.
• Deep understanding of player psychology and behavior, as well as industry trends.
• Strong leadership skills—prior experience at a top gaming company is a plus.

Qualifications:

• College Diploma / Associate Degree or higher in a relevant field.
