Digital Marketing Specialist

SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving performance-focused marketing across advertising platforms and digital channels. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that support business growth, with a strong emphasis on paid media, e-commerce, and retail initiatives.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Lead, broader marketing team, and external stakeholders, the specialist ensures all campaigns are strategically aligned, creatively consistent, and performance-driven. The role includes overseeing agency collaboration, supporting the development of market and competitor insights, and delivering actionable campaign performance reporting to guide future strategies.
In addition to campaign execution, this role manages essential administrative and operational functions, contributes to strategic decision-making, and supports cross-functional marketing projects as needed.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum education (desirable):

• Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in Marketing Management or related
• Course / Certificate in digital marketing

• Business to Consumer marketing.
• Experience in international markets.
• Creating, monitoring & optimizing various digital campaigns on various platforms such as Facebook, Google, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd party remarketing platforms, etc.
• Reporting and navigating GA4.
• Analyzing and reporting on campaign data.
• Set up and testing of goals and conversion tracking.

• Digital platforms (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook, YouTube, e-commerce platforms, 3rd party remarketing platforms, etc).
• GA4.
• Thorough understanding of conversion tracking systems.
• Digital target markets / audiences and campaign KPIs
• Predict campaign performance, based on previous experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional communication skills
• TV Streaming (desirable)
• Google Tag Manager (desirable)
• Experience in Marketing Cloud intelligence / Marketing automation (desirable)
