Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities include:

• The key objective will be to carry forward and achieve the annual business plan.
• One will develop objectives, policies, and programs for sales activities of the organisation.
• Plan, direct and co-ordinate the efforts of internal as well as dealer’s sales personnel towards the accomplishment of objectives.
• Maintain and constantly improve the organisation’s competitive position.
• Maintain excellent relationships with dealer network, CEOs, Owners, and DPs.
• Be the face of the organization to them and key fleets.
• Provide advice and assistance to his immediate superior and other operating units on sales issues.

Role Specific Requirements:

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• A completed relevant tertiary qualification in Business, preferably a Degree / MBA.
• Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ sales and marketing experience in a Senior Management / Executive position within the Automotive industry.
• Sound general management ability, sales management skills, knowledge, and experience.
• Ability to manage and administer a department, to provide organization, systems, and leadership.
• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation and of trade practices.
• Sales qualification, technical qualifications will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record within the industry.
• Exceptional relationship building ability, preferably with an established network of clients in the automotive industry.
• Sound business acumen and commercial ability.
