Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to support the daily operations of our Campaign. As the second-in-command (2IC) to the Campaign Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, driving team performance, and achieving sales targets.  

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Support the Campaign Manager in the execution and oversight of all campaign activities.
• Manage the daily operations and workflow of the sales team to ensure efficiency.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and general team logistics.

Team Management & Coaching

• Motivate, coach, and develop sales agents to consistently meet and exceed KPIs.
• Provide hands-on support through live coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead team briefings, debriefings, and performance huddles in the absence of the Campaign Manager.

Performance & Reporting

• Monitor individual and team sales metrics and performance trends.
• Produce regular reports on campaign performance, productivity, and outcomes.
• Identify performance gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to the campaign brand standards and Dutch regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer escalations promptly and professionally.
• Uphold high standards of service quality, accuracy, and ethical sales practices.

Communication & Collaboration

• Act as a liaison between frontline staff and management.
• Communicate updates, promotions, and operational changes clearly and effectively.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance campaign outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience in a team lead or sales leadership role, ideally within a B2C telecom environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for coaching and performance excellence.
• Proficient in CRM systems, sales funnel management, and reporting tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and travel locally if required.
