POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for an Electrical Supervisor to take charge of their electrical team. Think of yourself as the conductor of the circuit – keeping everything connected, safe, and running at full power.

ð What You’ll Do:

Supervise and coordinate the work of Electrical Technicians & subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Plan and allocate resources so no one gets overloaded.
Inspect, test, and double-check installations and maintenance work (quality is king).
Troubleshoot issues and guide your team when the sparks fly.
Keep neat and accurate documentation – from work reports to safety logs.
Liaise with Project Managers, clients, and other trades to keep the workflow humming.

âï¸ What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor (or similar).
Relevant electrical qualifications.
A solid grip on electrical systems, installations, and safety protocols.
Ability to read & interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Leadership that inspires, plus sharp communication & problem-solving skills.
Strong commitment to health, safety, and quality.
