A leading R&D engineering firm in the defence and security sector is seeking an Electronic Engineer with strong C++, embedded systems, and software development experience. Ideal candidates will bring a passion for technology and exposure to AI/ML or image processing.
Key Requirements:
- B.Eng in Electronic/Computer Engineering
- Proficiency in C++ and embedded systems (required)
- Software design, product development experience min 2 years experience
- AI/ML or image processing exposure (advantageous)
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and test embedded and EO system software
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines
- Lead AI/ML algorithm evaluations and implementations
- Mentor juniors and support production rollout
- Participate in occasional international travel
