SOUTHERN SUBURBS - Exciting Opportunity for an Employee Relations Specialist for a Renewable Energy Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client in the Renewable Energy business is searching for the perfect Employee Relations Specialist to join expanding HR Team. The following are required for your application to be considered and short-listed:

3 year tertiary qualification in HR/IR
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in labour relations in a unionised environment
Practical understanding of Collective Agreements, Bargaining Councils and the application thereof in the workplace.
Experience in the interpretation and application of BCEA, LRA, Sectoral Determinations as well as all other legal practices governing the Employer/Employee relationship.
Experience in representing organisations at the CCMA.
