Education:

• BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering (preferably)
• Government Certificate of Competency - Mines & Works

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Experience in a cement/pyrometallurgy/heavy engineering environment
• Must come from an environment with rotary kiln and hydraulics
• Must have at least 8 years’ experience working in a maintenance role
• A proven track record of improving operations and performance
