JOB DESCRIPTION:

BSc/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical
Government Certificate of
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a senior level in a manufacturing
Experience in Asset Management tactics, strategies, and best practice business
Experience in the maintenance, care and operations of boilers and power generation
Experience in the maintenance, care and operations of dewatering mills and
Well-developed leadership and management skills in leading high-performance
Must have a strong focus on LEAN manufacturing best
Attention to detail and proven ability to work under
Displaying a natural alignment
High level of computer

Key Focus Area:

Comply to all legislation focusing on employee, food, and environmental
Accountable for developing, coaching, mentoring, and leading a high-performance
Accountable for delivering plant uptime, production, and product quality goals and
Assure delivery on maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds and projects goals and
Assure implementation of Asset Management business processes and
Assure implementation of LEAN Manufacturing goals and continuous improvement
Assure effective use of automation and digital resources to achieve business
Assure delivery on technical risk mitigation actions and production continuity
Accountable for strategic and critical maintenance spare provisions, availability, and
Accountable for production, maintenance, and capital
Accountable as appointed OSHA GMR 2.1 responsible person
