JOB DESCRIPTION:

What You Will Do:

Execute the end to end recruiting process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Partner with local leadership team and global hiring function to develop, implement, and execute the hiring strategy
Provide qualified feedback and guidance to hiring managers during the interview process
Attract candidates through multiple channels and methods including developing and maintaining relationships with potential candidates – local and foreign
Evaluate applications, screening, interviewing and guiding candidates on our company’s hiring road-map
Build and secure a strong database and a diverse pipeline of candidates
Maintain and develop a network of market contacts to identify potential candidates for future needs

Your Profile:

Min. 3 years of end-to-end agency recruiting experience
Direct experience recruiting across the Engineering and Technical Niche's is mandatory
Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
Fluent in English - mandatory.
Solid expertise in interviewing techniques, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
Ability to make things happen in a team and independently is key
Robust sourcing skills with first-hand experience in implementing innovative and effective strategies for sourcing passive and rare candidates
Self-starter, open-minded and results-oriented
Flexibility to adapt quickly and work independently in a fast-moving environment
