JOB DESCRIPTION:

With their recent exponential growth, and unrivalled access to data to innovate new products in the life industry, our client is recruiting a dynamic EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER to grow their brokerage network.

The major activities of the EXECUTIVE ACCOUNT MANAGER include:

Identifying and onboarding new Brokers and ensuring the profitable growth of the assigned Broker portfolios
Establish and maintain strong broker relationships
Establish and maintain relationships with Retirement Fund trustees
Sell the key products (Group Schemes) to the brokers
Client relationship management and collaborating with the Sales & Distribution team in lead generation

Essential requirements:

NQF 6 qualification in an FSB recognised qualification
RE 5 (Representatives) – non-negotiable.
RE 1 (Key Individual) and CFP designation is advantageous
3-5 years proven experience in the Employee Benefits industry

This role will suit an Executive Account Manager who has a strong network of established brokers, and who enjoys developing relationships that generate long-term success.
