Our client is looking for a high-level Executive Assistant to the EXCO team (5 executives) Corporate experience needed.

Salary Highly Negotiable – High End

Requirement

Bcom Degree secretarial / business admin or office management

Executive assistant experience of 10+ years to a CEO/Chairman/MD high level

Excellent time keeping and develop and maintain the annual corporate calendar

Oversee Office support and EXCO

Arrange and plan high level corporate meeting, appointment, conferences and function

Coordinate local and international travel and accommodation

Excellent Advanced Excel and Microsoft / PowerPoint and other software skills

Dealing with outsourced services and building relations ships

Project/Project management experience
