SUMMARY:
An exclusive 5-star lodge/hotel is looking for a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to lead its culinary team. This is a senior leadership role for a chef who brings innovation, precision, and excellence to the kitchen — while maintaining the highest standards in food quality, hygiene, and team development.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, procurement, and staffing
Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure consistently exceptional food quality and presentation
Monitor kitchen costs, control waste, and ensure profitability targets are met
Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards
Collaborate with F&B and lodge/hotel management to deliver a world-class guest experience

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in an Executive Chef or Head Chef role within luxury hospitality
Formal culinary qualification preferred
Proven ability to lead large teams and manage high-volume service
Strong organisational, leadership, and financial management skills
A passion for modern, seasonal cuisine and guest-focused dining experiences
Willingness to live on-site if required
