Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house
Lead, train and motivate a team of housekeepers to consistently deliver exceptional service
Implement and monitor housekeeping standards and procedures
Ensure rooms and lodge areas are immaculately presented and maintained at all times
Manage laundry operations and inventory control
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate maintenance requests
Manage departmental budgets, cost controls and stock levels
Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless lodge operations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper in a luxury lodge or hotel environment is essential
Strong leadership, training and organisational skills
High level of attention to detail and quality control
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Computer literacy and knowledge of housekeeping systems
Professional and service-driven approach
