JOB SUMMARY:
B.Degree in Business Administration/ Risk Management/ Finance. MBA/Masters. At least 10 years senior management experience.Audit/ Compliance risk assessment background essential. Experience within the telecommunications industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Establish and implement a second line assurance function and framework to effectively manage all risk exposures and ensure effective internal processes abd policies as well as compliance to law and regulations. Ensure risks are identifiedand considered in the development of a strategic vision. Facilitate the definition of risk appetite and tolerance levels, direct risk governance and establish policies and procedures to ensure business is conducted in an ethical manner. Build a risk aware culture. Research emerging risks and trends. Analyse costs involved with non-compliance.
