POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

• Relevant experience within export documentation or international trade
• Strong knowledge of export processes, Incoterms, and customs regulations
• Fully computer literate (Excel, email, documentation platforms)
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Professional communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience with HS codes and tariff classifications (advantageous)

• Prepare, verify, and process all export documents accurately and within deadlines
• Ensure documentation complies with international regulations and client requirements
• Communicate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs officials
• Track shipments, manage documentation timelines, and ensure timely releases
• Maintain updated filing systems for all export-related documents
• Assist with shipment bookings and data entry for product details
• Support clients by responding to documentation queries and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to align documentation with shipment schedules
• Identify and resolve document errors or compliance issues proactively
