SUMMARY:

A dynamic and fast-growing distributor of chemicals is seeking an experienced Export Sales Coordinator to provide support to the Business Development Team and to coordinate the export of products according to company and relevant regulatory bodies’ legislations.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

Must have a tertiary qualification in Logistics or Business Administration
3 to 5 years’ experience in operations administration and exports of chemicals will be required
Good communication skills, specifically in English and Afrikaans, with the ability to interface with internal and external stakeholders of all levels, will be required
Excellent administration and computer skills are important

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinating the export of international and local products to the end user.
Arranging the issue of Regulatory Certificates for exports.
Coordinating stock with the Stock Controller and logging changes into the internal ERP system.
Updating and maintaining current stock on hand.
Conducting monthly reconciliation of open orders and stock on hand within the warehouse.
Updating internal prices for the selling of products.
Compiling, updating and distributing annual pricelists.
Processing and dispatching of sales orders and invoices.
Performing general administration duties.

Salary package, including benefits, are highly negotiable depending on experience gained
