JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to lead and execute the design of mobile applications, websites, and other interfaces across multiple platforms to promote the digital commerce offer.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the overall development of intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for all aspects of the mobile commerce offer.
Responsible to work closely with Product Management teams to understand the development backlog and related wireframes in order to translate this into thoughtful, user centred designs
Responsible to continually understand the end to end mobile commerce solution to enable engaging interactions and designs
Responsible to provide strategic input to customer experience improvements that help drive customer acquisition, customer retention, and conversion.
Responsible to create appealing designs to assist with the effective communication of the mobile offer to customers across all communication channels
Responsible to continually contribute towards a culture of excellence and ambition
Responsible to maintain an attitude of accountability, integrity and excellence

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE

Bachelor degree/ three year diploma or equivalent experience in commerce, engineering, marketing or advertising
Experience and proven success in user centered design and UX tools
Prior experience as a UX lead working on digital consumer-facing applications
Proven track record of successfully launching new mobile product feature
